Although the Jeff Wirz Realty Group has many existing partnerships with real estate agents in market centers all over the United States, we’re always looking to expand into new areas as well.
Our partner agents must specific selection criteria and are always interviewed and fully vetted by us before we will connect them with you. Each of our partner agents are experienced, knowledgeable and are always willing to speak with you, even if you’re early in the process and still exploring the possibility of a move.
Our partner agents are not just random agents who we found online. They are each selected by us after going through a careful screening process. You can have great confidence that you’ll be working with a real estate agent who will provide the same outstanding service we are committed to providing our clients in Connecticut.
Before we interview any prospective partner agents, they must first meet the following minimum requirements:
-Must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate
-Must have closed 15+ sales in the last 12 months
-Must have closed 5+ buyer sales in the last 12 months
-Must have closed 5+ seller sales in the last 12 months
-Must provide us with at least 5 positive client testimonials
-Must be full-time real estate agents (no part timers)
-Must NOT be a member of a large team
-Must have excellent knowledge of their community
-Must respond to our calls/emails in a timely manner
Once a prospective partner satisfies all of the above criteria they are interviewed. The objective of our interviews are to understand their knowledge of the community they serve, their experience level in real estate and any specialties they may offer, and perhaps most importantly we want to understand their commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
